If you have guestions about an open application or the admission process for the master's programmes, please send us an e-mail at admissions@ku.dk.

We aim to respond within ten work days.

Delayed response time

Please note that we will not respond to emails between Christmas and New Year. You might not receive a reply before the application deadline for non-EU applicants 15 January at 23:59. 

The most important step is to submit your application before the deadline. If we need additional documentation from you, our admissions team will contact you after the deadline.

Questions about special support/Special ´óÐãÊÓÆµal Support (SPS)

If you have questions about special support in connection the admission process, we can guide you on:

Questions about state education grant (SU)

In Denmark, students can receive monthly financial support from the Danish state to cover living expenses for students. It’s called SU (state education grant).

The SU Office at the ´óÐãÊÓÆµ offers guidance on SU rules.
